**Stay Dates:** August 1 - 3, 2024 I recently stayed at the Suite Inn Hotel for a few days in early August, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. **Value for Money:** The hotel offers good value for money. The rates are reasonable, especially considering the amenities and the quality of service provided. **Room Quality:** The room was comfortable and included a convenient sofa bed. However, it would have been better if extra pillows were provided, as we had to make do with what was available. **Service:** The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Their willingness to assist with any requests or questions made our stay more enjoyable. **Location:** The hotel's location is fantastic, being close to many restaurants. This made dining out very convenient and provided a variety of options. **Amenities:** The indoor swimming pool was a great feature, perfect for relaxing after a day out. The breakfast was decent, offering a variety of options to start the day. Overall, my experience at the Suite Inn Hotel was good. With a few minor improvements, it could be even better. I would consider staying here again in the future.

I was very excited but their service was very disappointing. I book for 3 person and we got pantry items for 1 person. Location 4/5 Service 2/5 , nothing was prepared. We ended up asking for everything. Room 3/5, Toilet 2/5 , They don’t have normal water to use in summer. And Toilet smells bad. The only best item was the swimming pool. Small but still good.

We booked a function hall. In the receipt or in the message it says that we are to stay until 12nn or to arrive at 12nn and we stayed until 10:30pm then one of their cleaner went inside without even knocking on the door. He mentioned that we are until 11pm. And we did try to bargain for another 1hr because we don't know until when are we staying. In the receipt that I received, there is not clear timing until when we can use the function hall. He said to us that we can stay until 12am. We comfortably stayed for a few minutes and then this same guy came and again without knocking on the door. We started to open his big black plastic bag and started to collect paper cups and stuffs that he thinks is a trash. So we felt like his actions is stating that he wanted us to leave. So we started packing things and we went down to the reception and we did ask until when is the function hall? The reception can't also answer me. This is a horrible experience for us. It was our hospital's party and we left with discontent. We paid for 1500sr and had used the area from 5pm till 11:30pm only. Thumbs down!!!
