Suiten Hotel mare Langeoog

We had an amazing stay at the Suiten-Hotel Mare on Langeoog island. What we enjoyed the most was the peace, you hear nothing from outside or from other guests. The personel did there best when our German was insufficient to understand or explain what we needed. The suite was really great, had everything you could need on your holiday, from a teapot to a small dishwasher to a shopping bag for your groceries. We ate every night in the restaurant of the hotel, it was just the easiest option and they had fantastic food. You may think based on the name of the hotel that it's close to the beach but its not, it's a short walk of about 5 or ten minutes to the beach. Langeoog is a beautiful island. What we noticed in particular was the cleanliness. Everything was so clean, and well cared for. The island is car free, so you have to get the ferry to the island and once on the island you can get on the train which will take you into town. Everything is perfectly organised and the you never have to wait on the train or the ferry, they work beautifully together. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider going back again.

We had an all-around great stay! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern, spacious, and comfortable. We especially want to highlight the delicious food – both breakfast and dinner were highly recommended. The service was excellent! When we lost our room key card once, a friendly staff member was immediately there to help us quickly and easily – very attentive and welcoming. We will definitely be back! 😊
