Suites at Pueblo Bonito Rose' and Spa Cabo San Lucas

We just spent one of the best week long vacations here! I definitely love the all-inclusive feature…the only way this mama gets a true vacation when traveling with kids😄 No worries about cooking, cleaning, etc. this resort has thought of it all. Even on our last day we had a late flight and we got to continue to enjoy the pool and the ocean. We closed out our all-inclusive account before noon with a late checkout but could still use the pool and swim in the ocean until it was time to leave for the airport. The dining staff and poolside service staff were all so kind and attentive making each day relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here! My kids have thanked us numerous times for bringing them here❤️

Just got back from a stay at Pueblo Bonito Rose and honestly, what made the trip so great was the staff—especially our server, Adal. He was the absolute best! Super friendly, always attentive, and really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. You could tell he genuinely cared and enjoyed what he does. Every time we saw him, he greeted us like old friends and remembered all our little preferences, which made everything feel personal and easy. Adal really made our experience special—we’re still talking about how awesome he was! Huge thanks to him and the team for making our trip so memorable. If you’re heading to Pueblo Bonito Rose, keep an eye out for Adal—you’ll be in great hands.

Overall we weren’t that impressed with the Rose. My husband and I have stayed at the PB Emerald Bay in Mazatlan and it was fabulous so compared to that Rose was not anything impressive. We found cockroaches in our bathroom almost every evening and felt the room was outdated. On more than one occasion the housekeeping staff forgot to leave clean bath towels so we had no way to wash after being in the pool or beach. As in they took the dirty towels and did not replace them - required multiple calls to front desk to resolve issue. We were also a little bummed about the view…it was of the resort next door and mostly kitchen facilities and little bit of the pool. You would have no idea we were right on the ocean/beach. We picked this resort because of the family friendly advertising, but do not feel it is very accurate. We brought our 4 and 1 year old who were too young to dine in some restaurants and too young for many of the kid club activities. So family friendly if your kids are older than let’s say 10 ish. Most of the planned daily activities are water aerobics, volleyball or poker. All of these things on their own would not have been that big of a deal, but there were too many things to ignore. We will still stay with Pueblo Bonito but not this specific resort. The food was good and we had no issues with drinks. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The pools were great and the beach access was really nice.
