The employees were extremely friendly and offering great service. Very clean and price quality is very good. The view is splendid. It is in the city centre. I would fully recommend it.

Location is good. Cleanliness is below average. The breakfast is okay. The stuff weren’t all friendly and polite. There is a nice welcoming employee on the night shift. However, there is an impolite employee on the morning shift, I think her name is Doaa. Rude and unprofessional. I simply asked for an hour extension to check out she yelled and didn’t speak nicely at all like she never wants us to come back. Overall, Book it if you can’t find something else nice here.

I stayed at this hotel for one night, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room was not clean — there were visible stains on the bed sheets and pillowcases. Both the bedsheets and the bed cover were old, and the towels looked very worn out. The main lights in the room weren’t working, so I had to rely on the lampshades for lighting. The TV didn’t work, and the wall panel for the AC was broken, so I couldn’t adjust the temperature. Inside the wardrobe, there was an old, dry blanket that had a very unpleasant smell. At check-in, the staff member at the front desk asked many questions — more than I’m used to compared to other hotels. However, I did come across some other staff who were friendly and helpful. Considering the condition of the room and the service, the hotel was not cheap, which made the experience even more frustrating. On the positive side, the bathroom was clean, and the room had a balcony with a partial view of the beach. I hope the hotel management takes steps to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and the overall guest experience.
