Suites La Hacienda

We had a great stay here! The apartment was beautiful - spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It was cleaned daily, which was such a nice bonus. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or offer tips about the area. The garden around the pool is absolutely stunning. It honestly feels like you’re in the middle of a jungle. Such a peaceful place to relax after a day out. The location is great, just a short walk to the best beach for beginner surfers, and close to some amazing restaurants. The whole area feels really safe and welcoming. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing and well-located place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Suites la Hacienda! Philippe and his crew provided a welcoming home in Puerto Escondido. The hotel is ideally, a short walk to beautiful beaches (which are swimmable) and amazing restaurants (favourite was El Nene for fresh fish), whilst avoiding the more built-up strip at Playa Zicatela). The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable (we stayed in two as we extended our stay - both were excellent and had all amenities). We are normally beach-goers but happily spent many hours by the pool and beautiful garden, hiding during the hottest times of the day. Amazing cocktails and coffee arhe available as well as breakfast and any other wishes one has. Truly a relaxing and refreshing place to charge your batteries. Five stars 🌟!

Beautiful hotel with a great pool and location. Would have rated higher but our room (number 2) did not have hot water and the staff more or less said "that's how it is" and were completely disinterested in fixing it. The other rooms did have hot water after asking around. The roof leaks in several places when it rains too.
