The stay was great only there was constant loud music in the evenings, making it difficult to recover with rest from my dental procedure. The room was great, service could improve. My husband and I were given two bath towels and one wash cloth second night and then no wash clothes. So we purchased some. The view was great.

I have stayed here for my annual trip for a while now. This last trip left me disappointed. I paid for 2 bedroom suite for 2 weeks. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor constantly. There was a water issue, and we were without water for almost 24 hours. I was told that bottle water would be delivered to my room, it never arrived. I had ants in my bedroom but never in the kitchen where the food was kept. One of the front desk personnel attempted to take advantage of me by wanting to charge my son for the remainder of my stay, which was 10 days when he showed up during my trip. He was only staying for 4 nights. I had called the hotel prior to arriving and was told my son would only have to pay a fee for the days he was there. Which was also confirmed when I checked in. Yet this front desk personnel wanted to argue with me about it. I love the location being next door to the mall but will consider alternative hotels in the future.

Disappointing Experience – Left After Two Days I initially planned to stay for six nights but ended up checking out on my second day due to several issues. First and foremost, the room was not clean when I arrived. The building was undergoing exterior work, and as a result, construction debris was all over the balcony. Since I booked this hotel mainly to enjoy time on the balcony, it was extremely disappointing—I didn’t even want to step outside. The entrance to the building felt unsafe, especially as a solo female traveler. It’s located inside a large parking lot, which gave more of an apartment vibe than a hotel feel. While the security guards were present and observant, entering the hotel through a dark parking lot didn’t feel reassuring at all. During my stay, a major festival was happening right across the street, and the music played until 3 AM every night. Getting a good night’s sleep was impossible. The pool looked outdated, and the hotel is far from the beach, making it inconvenient if you're visiting Cancún for a beach vacation. Since the beaches in the area are not very safe, it’s difficult to go swimming alone. If you're planning a relaxing beach trip, this is not the right hotel. To make things worse, the hotel doesn’t even have a restaurant. When booking, I assumed I had opted out of the meal plan, but it turned out there was no on-site dining at all. Having to get ready and leave the hotel just to grab breakfast was far from convenient. Overall, I found the hotel neither clean nor comfortable, so I checked out early and moved to a resort in the Hotel Zone to enjoy the beach and a more peaceful vacation. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get a refund, which made the experience even more frustrating. Spending a little more for a resort in the Hotel Zone is definitely worth it. What I Did Like The hotel staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. I didn’t have any issues with them—on the contrary, they were welcoming and kind. One of the security guards (I don’t remember his name, but he often wore a hat) even gave me local recommendations, which I appreciated. However, despite the staff’s kindness, the hotel’s amenities and overall experience were disappointing. Would not recommend.
