I had a wonderful stay. The guest service, help, patience was terrific all around. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, lovely young lady at the front desk, kitchen staff, Edmundo… hotel is clean with sufficient amenities. Very service oriented. Location is great. Elevator to rooms. They’re in the process of installing AC IN rooms but there are two stand alone air towers that provide sufficient cooling. Breakfast included and consists of a good spread. Will be staying again.
We have suite with large loving room and a kitchen. 2 master huge bedrooms each one with shower and toilet. Quite place, very clan. Excellent service. Excellent location. Good price. The reason I did not give 5 stars is mainly because in our rooms there is no real AC, and the breakfast is fair - but not more then fair. Must mention we ordered it via Capitalia Polanco.
Most expensive hotel room We paid for the size of the room. No side table on the left side of our bed. They could not have found a smaller room for us. Very disappointed. Very expensive
