I recently stayed at Ibis Hotel on King Road in Jeddah, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Despite arriving late at night after a long flight from Manchester, and during a period of overwhelming hotel occupancy, I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Muhannad Al-Harbi at the front desk. His professionalism, patience, and outstanding hospitality truly made a difference. Even in such a busy time, he handled everything with a smile, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in process. His excellent service eased my travel fatigue, and I deeply appreciate his efforts. During my stay, I also had the pleasure of experiencing the excellent service at the buffet and coffee shop, where Mr. Mohammed Nashat stood out with his kindness, attentiveness, and dedication to providing guests with the best experience. His warm hospitality added to the comfort of my stay and truly reflected the welcoming spirit of Saudi Arabia. What made this experience even more special was how both Mr. Muhannad Al-Harbi and Mr. Mohammed Nashat represented the Saudi people in the best way possible—showcasing their generosity, warmth, and genuine passion for serving the Kingdom’s guests. Their dedication reflects the true spirit of Saudi hospitality, which makes every visit to Jeddah such a pleasure. The staff at this ibis were extremely helpful and very friendly. Both the reception and breakfast staff always went out their way to provide excellent service. They made the stay worth while. I was here on work and it was a good base. The rooms are quite small but it is a budget option so to be expected. Perfectly comfortable for a work trip but do t expect to be able to work from your room. The housekeeping did a great job and the beds were immaculately turned down.
