We had a rough start during our stay, but Sulaf Luxury Hotel truly exceeded our expectations with how they handled everything. The staff was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to turn our experience around. They made sure we felt heard, valued, and completely satisfied by the end of our stay. I have been to many hotels however this hotel had exceptionally exceeded my expectations in service and employee attitude the staff always cheerful helpful and knowledgeable and can solve any issue u face in instant without hesitation and would like to thank specially Toleen at the front desk In addition the location is in prime location near all fast food, fine dining resturant and other amenities like Turkish bath and access to all prime locations with couple JDs in a taxi All in all its value for money well spent
The hotel is very nice and well located, the staff is very attentive. But you can hear all the noises from the street, I could not rest because of the noises from outside.
