Sultan Bagh Resort by The Sky Imperial

The stay wasn’t satisfactory because- - The mattress form was worn out - ⁠The hand wash bottle was broken - ⁠The Toilet role holder and jet spray were rusted. - ⁠The blankets were stinking - ⁠The bed sheets and towels weren’t properly washed - ⁠There were insects in the room etc etc The staff was very helpful, specially the guard. He was polite and helpful. The food was also tasty. The staff in the restaurant was also cooperative and provided great service. The staff was good but the property isn’t maintained well.

Very very bad experience... third class maintenance and 5 star class room charges, staff is third class and very bad rude, there is nothing in the name of safety, specially this is that in none of the bathrooms the toilet is flushing not the door is locking... they have made it like a government bathroom... the entry is so bad that it is raining and there is a river of dirty water... breakfast is absolutely third class, better than this one gets in the free storehouses.... *(MOST IMPORTANT NOTE)* *The guest will have to do the cleaning himself, the staff will not do it because the hotel is of 0.0 class)....* I request you all to not waste your time and money by visiting this hotel…

I recently stayed at Sultan Bagh, Ranthambore in their Maharaja Room category, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Starting with the service - it was poor and unprofessional. The staff was unresponsive, and even basic requests took too long to fulfill. There was a clear lack of hospitality and coordination. The food was equally bad - it lacked taste, freshness, and quality. It certainly didn't feel like food served at a proper resort. As for the room, despite being labeled a "Maharaja Room", it was far from what was expected. The cleanliness was below standard, amenities were missing or not functional, and the bedding was uncomfortable. Overall, my stay at Sultan Bagh was a major letdown. For the price * charge, there are far better options availa uld not recommend this resort to anyone
