Sultan Sands Island Resort & Spa

I would like to thank the entire staff at Sultan Sands Island Resort for making my stay there so wonderful and memorable.  Special thanks to Kevin, the manager, for his friendly, kind and warm manner which made me feel so welcome and looked after.  As a solo traveller, he and the rest of the staff went out of their way to  make sure I did not feel left out or alone and that made all the difference to my experience.. I noticed that their ethos at the hotel was to give this very personal attention to ALL their guests and that was lovely to see. The hotel is excellently situated on the beach front, is well decorated, clean and comfortable with a wide variety of activities available to keep guests entertained and occupied. It truly was a wonderful experience and I'll be recommending the hotel to friends.and family. Thank you once again and keep up the good work!

Me and my husband stayed for 10 nights at the Sultan Sands hotel and it was absolutly amazing. Everything is squeaky clean and our room got cleaned every day. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they stopped by sometimes to make conversation and make sure we had everything we needed. There's a lot of variation in the food. Every day is a new theme (like African night, Italian, ...) with matching entertainment (a band, acts, ...) in the evening. And most of all, the hotel itself felt like a paradise due to the beautiful location, the style of their domain and the very good maintenance. Without a doubt, our stay at Sultan Sands has been the best ever!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at sultan sands. The beach is spectacular, the food is good and diverse, the hotel comfortable and well equipped while the staff was friendly and super helpful in everything. A special thanks to Fatma who found a quick and easy solution to every query we had. Highly recommended!
