A lovely little hotel in the centre of Istanbul. Close to all the main attractions. Staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The hotel is good but not exceptional for a 4-stars hotel. The room we booked was an economy double so it was small but still well furnished. The design is interesting, with an interior stair and a big bed upstairs and another bed in the room. Practically you could choose where to sleep, "upstairs" or "downstairs". There are mirrors everywhere, on the walls and on the ceiling, which i find really special. Clean bathroom, although small. Didn't like the type of shower (fixed in the wall) and the fact that one night there was no warm water to shower. Breakfast is ok (could have more food choices as it is a 4-stars hotel). The location is very good, in a nice touristic area, close to the sea and the Mosques. We were allowed to store some luggage until 6PM in the last day. What i really didn't like was the fact that, having made the reservation on Booking.com, the hotel submitted in my name a 5 star review for itself. This is uncommon (never happened to me before) and it's not ok. This really bothered me. I would have submitted a good review anyway. Overall, the hotel is good but not exceptional, more of a 3 stars hotel instead of 4 stars.

The hotel is located in a safe and quiet area, yet it’s only a five-minute walk from Sultanahmet Square. The rooms were clean and cozy, though extremely small, offering little space beyond the bed itself. However, one window was broken and could not close properly, and a light switch malfunctioned during our stay, preventing us from turning off one of the lights while the power was on. Additionally, on the second night, there was no hot water. The breakfast was also mediocre in terms of both quantity and quality, especially considering this is a 4-star hotel.
