I was very pleased with both the luxury of the hotel and the care and attention. I can say that it is the most luxurious hotel in Maiden's Castle and I would always recommend it.
The hotel is new and clean, the only plus is that we checked out yesterday, we were obviously hungry, we ate outside, the food at the hotel is over, you wait for it to come, and it comes ready, ready-made meatballs, ready-made sinitzel, there is only one kind of dessert, we didn't have the chance to eat that last night, we ate outside at the hotel, we were hungry, we went upstairs, the food was finished! We waited for half an hour and finally got in line. After taking a family of 6, we had nothing left for us. The kids left hungry. Don't eat at a hotel. This is the first time I've seen it run out. As an explanation, they say that the hotel is falling apart. I have never seen anything like this, even in 3-star hotels. We experienced such a disgrace. There is no pool. You accept it and go, you pay for the sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach. Of course we are not worth 10 TL, but the attitude is not nice, I wish we were satisfied, we would leave it as a type more than that anyway.
It was built and worked for 1 year. It is in a nice place in terms of location, looks nice and useful in terms of structure, but I don't know for what reason it was closed after serving for 1 year. It is currently advertised for sale. Let's see if it will be put into service again when it changes hands. I think Kızkalesi is the most beautiful holiday and seaside place in Mersin and it needs star corporate hotels. Existing hotels are inadequate and run like hostels.
