Great location with plenty of places to walk to nearby. Room was comfortable and clean and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of choice.
Chic boutique hotel in a very nice area. Its quiet, facilities are good, very friendly staff, good bed, same goes for breakfast
I booked this hotel based on the location primarily. It's a small hotel with small rooms which are fairly dated and feels like a very budget Ibis style rooms. The bed and pillows were fine. The communication was tricky, having booked it via Booking.com I missed the cancellation period (which was spectacular 1 month in advance!) and when my flights in Argentina got messed up (flybondi isn't the best option) I tried to communicate with the hotel, but each communication was very dry and they wouldn't accommodate cancellation or date shift. I had to go via Booking.com customer service and even then they gracefully agreed to shift my booking by 1 night (I was doing this 3.5 weeks in advance!). All in all, please search Airbnb and Booking.com, there are much better options in Recoleta without strict cancellation rules and with better customer service.
