Lovely property, super lovely staff. Nice location, good view from the room, lift available for elderly, good options in buffet breakfast and dinner. Check-in process is smooth, staff available for all requests, a small grocery kind store available for quick needs. Market and other happening streets of Gangtok are a bit far so this place is relatively peaceful. Location accurate on maps.
Pretty good place to stay in Gangtok. The service was fine, the only concern was the heinous scent from the toilets (from both the restaurant and the rooms). Even though they looked clean, the smell was very bad. It even reeked into the restaurant area, making it uncomfortable to be seated near the toilet. The room would've been amazing if it wasn't for this smell issue, it had a great view as well. The food was also fine.
Their location is incorrect on google maps. I booked through their official website. They called me 2 hrs before my checkin time and asked me to come to one of their hotels at the outskirts of gangtok city. When i denied and asked for a refund.. they said they will try to confirm my stay in one of their hotel within city limits, which they did.. but after 5 hrs. Till then obviously i checked in some other hotel. I asked for a refund but they are so idiotic.. that they are not even realising their fault. Pathetic hotel. Super pathetic customer support. Giving 1 star as 0 star was not an option.
