Excellent stay on a budget. Very neat. Pubs, massage parlours, walking street, you name it -all in the vicinity. Beach is a five minute walk. The best part is the restaurant right on the ground floor..amazing food is an understatement..the food is crazy good and the staff really nice and accommodating. Loved the place and will visit again

A little difficult to identify the hotel on such a busy street and the exterior looks a bit suspicious. But once you get into the room it's very spacious and clean. Since we booked a suite room it had a couple of beds they were clean and of medium firmness. The water flow in the shower was one of the best we've experienced during our trip to Thailand. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Despite being on a noisy street the room was completely soundproof we didn't hear a single noise. Room doesn't have any view or window. The hotel is within walking distance of Bangla Street, restaurants, malls, and the beach. Working TV with cable was available, though it wasn’t a smart TV. If you're looking to party all night and stay close to the most happening places in Patong, this is a great option.

Location, service, staff, food & beverage all 5 star @ an unbelievably affordable price. It really doesn't get any better. If looking for a spot a little more quiet their sister hotel the Sabrina by the breeze is just around the corner. Both a short walk from the beach ;)
