Summer Cua Lo Hotel

I recently stayed at Summer Hotel for 2 days during an off-peak period when there weren't many foreigners around. One downside was that the staff couldn't speak English, so I had to rely on Google Translator to communicate with them. Despite the language barrier, I found the staff to be friendly and willing to assist. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay throughout my visit. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was just a short 2-minute walk to Cua Lo beach, making it convenient to enjoy the beautiful coastal area. One of the highlights of the hotel was its rooftop swimming pool on the 20th floor, offering a breathtaking view of Cua Lo beach. However, I must mention that there is room for improvement regarding the cleanliness of the pool water, as it seemed a bit dirty during my stay. A disappointment during my visit was that the spa was closed for renovation, which was not mentioned on the website or other hotel booking platforms. This lack of information affected my overall experience. Moreover, I noticed that the building is in need of upgrading to maintain its standards and appeal to guests. Despite these shortcomings, I would consider staying at Summer Hotel again if I ever come back to Cua Lo. With some improvements, this hotel has the potential to provide an even better experience for its guests in the future.

The pool was filthy! The hallway carpet was not vacuumed. Breakfast was a let down. The spa wasn't open for business. But the bed & pillows were comfy!

I have bad experience when i go to this hotel. We order 3 rooms and rooms are clean but my aunt room has some stink smell. My parents’s room also has stink smell and the window in my room has some cracks, the point is all the children stay in my room and i feel like it will not safe for myself and my siblings and cousins . I stay at 11th floor but me, siblings and cousins almost get stuck at the room because the lock of the door was stalled. We have ro struggle for 15 mins to open the door. Overall of the hotel looks good but I do not really recommend for people to stay in here because you guys will not have a good experience for travel.
