Summer Sands Beach Resort

Symphony Summer Sand hotel in Neil Island it’s a beautiful hotel in a paradise-like location, with pleasant weather that made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved staying at Hotel Symphony! When you open your room, you step directly into the swimming pool from your balcony – it’s an amazing feeling, and our kids were so excited about it. The food is yummy and delicious, and the sweets are wonderful. We especially liked Jennifer, the waitress from the restaurant, who offered us sweets and juice with a warm smile. My experience was worst. Booked beach mansion which costed around 10k per night. As soon as we entered the room found lizard excretion over the bed and other furniture. Found 2 big spiders in toilet. Always had the fear of spiders commig out from the toilet. A lizard ell from the roof on me while sleeping. A giant frog was swimming in our private pool. Above all we got rotted fungi Dhokla for breakfast. They did not even check if the food is in good condition or not and placed the Dhokla that was prepared the before day. Not worth for the price. Also, the private swimming pool was not private. Anyone can see from the nearby resort and ither guest passing by can also see.. The ambience of the beach mansion was dim and spooky. We did not even switch off the lights during our sleep due to fear of lizard and spiders.. Totally not worth for the money. This cannot be stated as a 5 star hotel.

Dont belive the good reviews you see on the page . Thoes reviews are mostly from people the hotel knows. The experience I had with my family was ridiculous and unexpected considering the great reviws and ratings on mmt and google. We had to shift to nearby hotel due to their low work ethics and the refused to return our money even though we didn't even check in. They spread lies to mmt and mmt told us there is nothing they can do about it since the hotel is refusing to return our money we didn't even they their for one hour and their behavior was towards us was very hostile.
