Beautiful hotel, great view & service. Mimi was exceptional – incredibly responsive, kind, and always available with spot-on recommendations. She truly made our stay amazing. With Natalia they are the best concierge team we’ve ever experienced. All hotel staff was very nice and helpful too. Low point is that it’s overpriced.
An amazing hotel. Honestly the service is the most amazing part. You have Mimi which always welcomes you to the hotel and helps with anything. The breakfast is crazy good, the rooms (even the basic ones) are pretty big and with a balcony. The pool is huge and the lounge chairs are far enough apart you almost feel like you're alone A bit expensive but definitely worth the price!
This was our final hotel stay of a 2 week vacation in Greece. Unfortunately best was not for last. While billed as 5 * luxury, it is not. What they did well: breakfast and concierge services. What they don’t do well: the privacy sign on our door was not respected more than once by housekeeping; stingy when refilling items in our room; rooms are dark and sparse, towels thin and crunchy, room/bathroom is very basic. The look and feel is so not 5 stars. The absolute worst thing, however, is the location. And there is nothing they can do about that. This “resort” is extremely remote and isolated. Like in the boonies. You are very far from everything and absolutely need a car, but even then, you spend a lot of time driving to and fro- so not relaxing at all. Would I ever recommend? No. Unless you have the type of personality, such as a National Geographic explorer who could go on an excursion alone, far away from life, and be ok with being by yourself in a quiet, lifeless world, then for the love of G-d, stay somewhere else. Had I had the time and done better research, I could have avoided this place altogether. Advice? Do careful research and see if what you choose goes with who you are and the kind of experience you wish to have.
