Summer Suites Studios

Our stay at Mercu Summer Suite was simply awesome! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The apartment was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained — just like the photos. The view was stunning, and the amenities provided made us feel right at home. Location-wise, it’s super convenient with easy access to restaurants, cafes, and public transport. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or as a couple, this place is a perfect choice for a comfortable and relaxing stay in KL. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back

This is a type of accommodation that is apparently very common in KL. Is a huge apartment building not a hotel and has no hotel amenities. You will have to pay Cash and only cash, they do take foreign currency but at a TERRIBLE exchange rate. The apartment we got was ok but old could use a lot of updating, at least the internet was fast and it was big. There are convenient stores in the main floor that is nice. The location is quite good close enough to some landmarks like the Petronas.

They managed to ruin my trip to Malaysia. Upon arrival, we didn't like the apartment at all. The walls were damaged, the sofa was torn, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and they hadn't bothered to change the sheets because they smelled bad. They asked us for a RM200 deposit upon arrival, which surprised us. I had to ask for our room to be cleaned for more than four days in a row. The staff was very rude and disrespectful. I spent two days chasing them down to get my deposit back, and when I returned it, I had to chase them for two days. To top it off, on the last afternoon, they took our card, and we couldn't leave the hotel. I won't come back here even if they paid me. The gym machines were broken, and the yakusi was broken.
