My first options were full so I ended up here. Rooms are decent but food and service were an absolute disappointment. I couldn't check out since I paid for my 5 day stay in advance. Service is neither good nor consistent. You can get any number of towels between 1-3 randomly. Cleaning may happen or not etc. I gave them a break on service thinking the facilities were new but it's apparently older than 7 years. Breakfast is terrible (bread, beans and noodles only) and other meals are expensive and average. They seem to have foreign staff but what's the point of importing labour if it's still mediocre? The people I checked in with all checked out early. Will never come back or recommend. Spotted a few roaches btw and also I got a belly bug on day 2. Definitely not 5 star, barely a 2 star even.
Trust me, the hotel itself is nice. But the pool was dirty on that particular day, and I ended up getting sick from the water. The food was also below average not what I expected at all
