Charming and relaxing. We really enjoyed our time here. The chalet rooms are generous in size and beautifully built. There was a light creak in the floors, but it felt authentic. Incredible views and exceptionally polite staff. The breakfast was flavorful and satisfying. Totally worth it.

I had an incredible experience at this hotel. The staff was warm and welcoming from the moment I checked in. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. Good lighting and hot water or tolitaires Highly recommend with everyone

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was spacious, with a comfortable double bed and a separate bed for kids, which was a thoughtful addition. However, we had to request bedsheets and a blanket for the kid’s bed, which should ideally be provided in advance. The food was excellent, and the restaurant staff was very polite, especially Mona, who provided exceptional service. A special highlight was the live music performance during dinner, which added to the overall ambiance. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its location inside a mall, making shopping and entertainment easily accessible. However, room service could be more prompt, and the parking space is quite limited, which might be inconvenient during peak hours. Overall, a great stay with good food and a welcoming staff, but some minor improvements in service would make it even better. Would definitely recommend!
