Summit Panghen Metok Hotel Lachen

What an amazing stay it was!!😍😍😍 Lovely wooden rooms. I was stunned by the amazing wooden washroom too!😍 The bed was nice and warm due to availability of the heater. Rooms very absolutely clean. What stunned me the most is the faithfulness of the staff. One of my family members had forgotten their mobile charger. The hotel staff was so kind, that they sent the charger through the hands of another driver. This was truly, highly appreciative. Thanks to Shraddha for being so kind. A very very sweet room boy from West Bengal Mr. Deewakar for always being there on one call, Thankyou. Overall the Hospitality is great and its a heaven in extreme cold climate of Lachen❤️

Hotel is traditionally decorated and looks cool. Bathrooms are clean with running hot water. Beds have heaters installed for comfort. Lachen is very small place therefore its easy to locate the hotel. Jio mobile service is not available. Airtel works good. Food served was good although restaurants closes at 9.30 so they will insist to give orders till 9pm Rest everything is fine. Staffs are helpful

The hotel is well placed and it is centrally located. We think still think the information mentioned on the websites is misleading where rooms on 1st floor are not valley or mountain view, we have to get out of the room for the view. Even after requesting this was not provided. Bed heaters take some time to heat, and heaters are not provided by the hotel, which is highly uncomfortable, especially at 0°. We really didn't like people just standing outside our door and smoking. Food & Bar- Hotel has a buffet system, which i think is great. Food and service are amazing, and rates are also very reasonable.
