Summit Ridge Tagaytay

We stayed for 1 night on celebrating my birthday. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. I requested for slippers and housekeeping was quick to respond. The hotel is accessible to grocery, restaurants, coffees hop (Starbucks). We had no problem with parking ( basement and open parking ). My only bad comment is that their towels ( worn out already and not as white anymore).

The room itself was not bad. However, there was loud noise from a nearby bar or somewhere until past midnight — deep bass sounds and voices over a microphone could be heard. The windows didn’t provide much sound insulation, so I couldn’t sleep at night. The hotel is also located along a busy road, and the noise from cars was quite disturbing as well.

Aircon in 2 rooms out of the 3 be booked had a leak that wouldn’t stop despite numerous reports. The entire three day stay. Card key would not work and they didn’t attend to it until I got fed up. Apparently security had to restart the machine. Musky smell in the elevator and the room. Including beds. Hot shower is just warm not hot. And water pressure was low. Tables in the dining room were filthy and has ants roaming on it. Cereals were stale. Kids could not eat it.
