Summum Boutique Hotel Meliá Collection

We recently returned to Summum Boutique Hotel in Palma for our second stay, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel itself is stunning—a beautifully restored historic building with a unique atmosphere that reflects Palma’s rich heritage. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of the city. What truly sets Summum apart, though, is the staff. Every member of the team is incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. A special mention goes to the breakfast team—they were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, thoughtful, and always anticipating our needs, they made each morning a real pleasure, serving high-quality food with impeccable care and attention. We travel often and have stayed in many beautiful places, but Summum continues to be one of our all-time favorite hotels. We can’t wait to return

Beautiful boutique hotel nestled in a quite street. Not far from activities and city center. Loved my entire stay here. Staff are superb at meeting your needs. Rooms clean, fresh, always smells amazing. My favorite part was the club. Absolutely loved hanging out in the lounge area . Beautifully decorated rooms and spaces. Definitely worth a stay if you are in Palma top tier hair straightener/ dryer available in the room.. loved every minute of my stay. ..

I can't praise this hotel enough. It is centrally located within Palma, yet far enough from the noisy areas to ensure a peaceful stay. It offers surprisingly affordable valet parking, with quick and efficient service that works within just a few minutes. The interior is breathtakingly beautiful, and our room was fantastic — spacious, comfortable, and elegantly designed. The front desk and concierge services could not have been better. Every interaction was marked by genuine warmth and professionalism. We were profoundly impressed, especially by Ms. Antonia Roca Ribas, who combined exceptional competence with true hospitality in a most remarkable way.
