From a Difficult Start to a Heartwarming Stay My initial check-in experience at 4:00 PM was extremely disappointing. The first room had a foul smell, the second couldn’t be assigned due to “system issues,” and the third was in very poor condition. The fourth room had a broken bathroom door, and even after repairs, the AC wasn’t working properly. I only received a usable room at 9:00 PM, after 5 exhausting hours, during which my young son fell asleep in our locked car, forcing me to break the window to get him out. Throughout this ordeal, the staff initially showed little concern, which left me frustrated and disheartened. However, the next day completely changed my perception of the hotel. I must give special recognition to Mr. Abdulaziz, whose professionalism and kindness were truly remarkable. He personally ensured that we received one of the best rooms and treated my family and me with great respect and care. His efforts went above and beyond, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. I also spoke with the hotel manager, who was equally courteous and understanding. He sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and thoughtfully extended our checkout to ensure our stay ended comfortably. This level of hospitality and personal attention transformed a very negative start into a heartwarming experience. I am truly grateful to Mr. Abdulaziz and the management team, and I sincerely pray for their success and well-being. May God bless them for their kindness and dedication to guest satisfaction.

The worst hotel ever, didn't even want to stay my whole stay. The male in the reception desk at night is very rude and all he does is dismiss the complaints, what made me leave 2 days earlier is him starting to talk back to me because of the problems I've been facing since the first day saying i complain alot! And no other guests complain at all! Seriously dude i cold close my eyes and point at a comment and it is going to be a complain! The electrician is awful doesn't know how to fix things properly the cleaning service is bad they come and go quickly without achieving anything, the room service is slow the furniture is old and broken, no noise cancelation no respect, i paid for deluxe king and the room they gave me was in a bad condition they've changed it after multiple times asking after 5 hours from check in to a smaller room with larger problems i staid there for two nights out of my four nights and not once there was no problem. I went there to forget my problems and got new ones. They should pay attention to the staff. I stayed at 1708 then 1801 moldy staind rug dirty sink dirty shower bad tv bad furniture some of the throw pillows has stains there's hand prints on the surfaces from many tenants broken electricity plugs broken kettles broken fridge cracks on everything. "Why do you complain alot about everything" he said "no one complain but you" he said the employee's name is Abdulaziz Alqahtani and i wish i had the name of the electrician that also talked back to me and tried to gaslight me. Worst hotel. Very bad experience. It’s nothing like shown in the pictures online. Rooms are very small and washrooms was so smelly and dirty.
