Negatives: the hotel website mentions it is an hour away from the airport and that it partners with a shuttle service - both are true and the shuttle service was easy to use. However, it should be noted that depending on the time you land, you may not board a shuttle for 1.5 hours AND the shuttle is dropping off guests at other hotels so the commute from the airport is 2 hours long. There was inconsistencies with how the bar staff would go about the pool area and bar to take drink orders - sometimes they were very attentive and other times it was like nobody was working the bar. The pool closing at 7 is pretty inconvenient during the summer months when there is still plenty of daylight for another 2-3 hours. Positives: the hotel was very clean, the room was clean and organized. The reception staff were helpful and patient. The food during all the mealtimes was delicious and had a great variety. Pool area and the pools themselves were very clean. The location is very a quick walk to the beach. The evening entertainment was great and lively. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time and not having to worry about anything else. The inclusive plus option was very much worth it.

We stayed in room 206, overlooking the pool. Good soundproofing (with the door closed, you can't hear live music or noise). The air conditioner cooled the room to a comfortable temperature. Comfortable bed, double mattress. Enough space to store things. High-quality cleaning, towels changed every day. Friendly, professional staff at the reception, helping to resolve any issues that arise. It is possible to book excursions there. Excellent food in the restaurant. We were not able to try everything. A large selection of cold appetizers, hot dishes, desserts and fruits for every taste. Only one minus - with a full board, drinks are only for breakfast. At other times, water, juice, fizzy drinks are paid. But in any case, this is a very comfortable hotel without annoying noise, with excellent service. I recommend

Absolutely lovely hotel and staff can’t fault it, but when it says adult only it means 70+ and those guests are so rude and condescending, never had so many dirty looks in my life! They zap the atmosphere out of the holiday! The breakfast very good selection and fresh, drinks are reasonably priced and the waiter Toni is so lovely always smiling 😊 and happy to help. The room small but comfortable and cleaned every day. The spa is lovely and clean and the sun terrace is amazing at sunset a must see. I know it’s not the hotels fault about the other guests but because of them we won’t be booking again
