Sumus Hotel Stella and Spa 4S Adults Recommended

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. One of the highlights was definitely the food – it was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from, so everyone could find something they liked. However, it would be a great improvement if the buffet dishes were labeled in more detail. Often the signs just said “fish”, “pork” or “vegetable” which made it hard to know exactly what the dish contained. A few more vegetarian options would also be appreciated, but overall the dining experience was very positive. The live music by the pool during the day and in the evenings created a lovely atmosphere and made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to the entire staff – from the waiters and housekeeping to the reception team – everyone was consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire stay. After checking out, we were still able to spend the rest of the day by the pool and even use the showers in the spa area before being picked up. That was a really great service. All in all, a great experience – I would be happy to come back!

Everything from the walk in to leaving the hotel for 7 days stay was superb. Staff so kind and helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was excellent. We didn’t event want to go out for food and even when we did hotel food was better. Staff at the bar was excellent and cleaning done when you want to was excellent. It’s great hotel as it’s quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a place to relax and not to be bother much this is the place to go.

Not worth the high rating – very disappointing experience. We booked this hotel for two days hoping to relax and enjoy our time. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t meet expectations at all. What we didn’t like: There were no available sunbeds by the pool on either day of our stay. Almost all sunbeds were covered with towels and personal items, yet 90% of them were unused most of the day. We only managed to get a sunbed at 5 PM on the first day, so we could enjoy the pool for just one hour. The next morning we woke up early to try again, but the situation was exactly the same. We waited two hours, and not a single sunbed became free. Staff at the reception said they would “look into it”, but nothing changed. The food lacked variety and was quite average. What was okay: The room itself was clean and decent. We spent most of our short trip standing near the bar, just waiting for a chance to relax by the pool , which never really happened. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
