Omg! We come to Hollywood once a month and look forward to our stay here. It’s really clean, they have several pools, kitchens in all the units I’ve stayed in. The units are nicely updated and the service is extremely hospitable. They serve a breakfast but it’s mainly granola and hard boiled eggs, and coffee. Make sure to say hi to Ms. Donna she’s my favorite, and the front desk staff is so accommodating too! They’re all great!! Love how close it is to everything, the beach, food, the airport& not too expensive! Love love love this place!

Old Hollywood vibe again… from my childhood. Old Florida architecture—which I adore. Florida is changing too much of this— that what makes Florida, Florida!! Could use a little work like seen in other reviews—but just paint, cabinet and ground work no architectural change!!! The hotel is clean!! This time service in office check in was super nice— great change!! Jesus’ on grounds was so kind and helpful walking to office to fix a bad card key. Excellent Location… steps from beach! One serious issue— breakfast!! upgrade it or get Rid of it—degrading!!

Nah dawg, don't do it. Typical bait and switch swindlers, they do this all day long. Expedia has been made aware but refuses to acknowledge it. Check out the other reviews via Trip Advisor, etc. You think you're booking the Sun Beach Inn location, which is one building behind the boardwalk and 30 steps to the sand. But once you arrive and wait 45+ min in a line that looks and feels more like a DMV office than a hotel check-in lol, they tell you it''s "overbooked" but that you're "getting an upgrade" and being placed into another one of their 23 properties (Hollywood Beach Hotels). Unfortunately, it's not an upgrade, it's a major downgrade into one of their motels right on the A1A expressway, several blocks from the beach with loud traffic noise all night long and a broken a** A/C unit. Be prepared to pay extra money too for parking and a "resort fee;" $47 in total, and non-refundable. Let me tell you, this ain't no resort! They will also hold another $100 for "incidentals." There's nothing in this lame motel worth more than 50 bucks. Bye Felicia.
