Sun Beach Resort

Fantastic hotel right on the beach, restaurant was great and view fantastic. Did notice they have a second part to the hotel across the road which is a down ground, shame they can't spend the same money on that restaurant and reception, but had foot ball crossbow filed and a live stadge entertainment every night. Pool great at both and adults infinity pool ( couldn't use as with kids) looked good.

Our room was spotless the cleaner was very kind and did a brilliant job everyday I was in room 430. Only issue i had was the fridge was old and sometimes it was hard to keep closed. The adult pool fantastic idea. Also kids pools spotless clean.

We arrived late at night and initially were amazed at how stunning the hotel was. When checking in we were bluntly told we were not in this building but were in fact in a separate hotel across the road which was disappointing. The garden view room we had in this hotel smelt damp, it was small for 3 people and the balcony door did not lock which was not ideal being on the bottom floor. After raising our concerns the next morning we were moved to another room but still, in the same building which was disappointing as it wasn’t what we hoped for, but a lot better. Main issue to raise is We did ask for a late check out but this was not possible, however we were told we could have the room until 12:30 which was perfect. However due to lack of communication between staff, a female staff member entered the room at 11am in an extremely rude manner and told us to get out. When we tried to explain the time we had been told, she dismissed us, told us to get out and tried to grab a suitcase and drag it outside. Please improve your staffs manners in future and COMMUNICATE. However, The room was cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided. We also had full access to the other hotel facilities. The adult pool area was stunning when you could get a bed. (Advise no later than 10am) and right on the beach.
