I stayed at Gabriel Hotel twice during my recent trip to Egypt, and I had a great experience both times. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for transit. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. The front desk was always helpful and accommodating, and the housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping the rooms spotless. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming place to stay near the airport!
Definitely not a 5 Star Hotel! Staff is friendly trying to help but other than that is low quality. Rooms are dirty, not well maintained, breakfast was 2/10 and had to wait for 25 mins. Location is acceptable close to airport and taxi is very cheap to move around
This was a 5-star hotel… until they let it rot. Now it’s more like a haunted house with beds. The rooms? Run-down, dirty, and missing basic toiletries. The "swimming pool"? Closed. The "direct access to the shopping center"? Also closed… for five years! Creepy vibes all around. Even finding food or an ATM felt like a ghost hunt. On the bright side, the staff was kind—but unless you're chasing a horror-movie experience, do yourself a favor and stay far away!
