Sun Heaven Queen

Overall Impression: The hotel was better than I thought. After reading a lot of positive and negative reviews, I didn't really know what to expect. Location & Surroundings: The hotel was approximately 2-hour-drive with a Shuttle bus from Antalya International Airport. The hotel is located directly on the street, but it's not too loud - the noise pollution didn't bother our stay. There are a lot of small shops nearby, the city is not so far away. Room: The room was not very clean at the arrival, but we had everything we needed. The bed sheets are very thin, it was a bit cold a couple of nights. Toiletries werde provided, therefore we didn't get any toilet paper on the day before our departure, the towels weren't changed sometimes, just got folded, even though we threw them on the floor to get them changed. There is Wifi for 2€ per night per person. A Minibar, which was filled with water every day. Air conditioning, TV, a desk, big wardrobe. Food & Dining: I am a kind-of-a picky eater, but I found something to eat everytime. Enough options to choose from, the food was tasty. There were some electricity problems on a few days and the air conditioning wasn't working, so it has been very hot in the restaurant and there was no light for a few minutes on one evening (I was so sorry for the restaurant staff, they did a great though). Often there were not enough free tables at the beginning of the dinner, so we always ate at around 19:45-20:00 instead of 19:00. Service & Staff: The staff was always friendly, huge compliments to Restaurant/Bar Service Ebru, Efe and a brown-haired waitress, sadly we don't know her name, but she was the only one to approach us and ask if we would like something to drink. All the other people were also kind and always smiling. The young receptionist Abdullah was always there for us if we had any questions - always making sure if we enjoy our stay. :) Facilities & Amenities: There is a Spa and a gym, you can use all the amenities in the hotel nearby, "Sun Heaven Family & Spa" All-in-all it was a nice stay, thanks :)

All i can say that the hotel was amazing!! Clean rooms, very delicious food and a nice & funny staff. Im gonna visit it again 100%. This hotel is very kid-friendly, staff is very nice and talkative, always smiling and helping with stuff. I really love that girl with red hair that is always in the bars, shes super nice!! And Efe, we love Ronaldo of course. The rooms are very tidy, location with a beach, spa, and big pools. If you’re visiting Turkey, come to this hotel, definitely recommend!

Place, people and atmosphere were awesome. Hotel’s placement was really close to bigger city- Alanya(15mins by bus). Rooms looks like on the pictures. The man - Efe was really nice and helpful. He was every time when we need. I will remember that hotel in only advantages.
