Sun Island Hotel & Spa Kuta

The location is good. Its near the beach (20 min walk), near a mall (5 min walk), and the airport. The mall has a prayer room. The streets around are full of shops that is nice to see and buy from after bargaining. There are lots of cafes and restaurants in the street serving all kind of food (halal, vegetarians, etc.) The service is good and they are very cooperative. They allowed us to have a late check out because our flight is late. They also offered us a room to shower before departing to the airport because we had to check out at 1 and will be coming back at 7ins to pick the bags from the reception. The room is fine not big but enough. There were some mosquitos and no tissues except in the bathroom but we didn't checkwith them if they forgot to put it or its their systemas we were in a hurry to catch a trip. There's is a "backyard" but no view. We used it to hang our clothes in it to dry. The breakfast at the Pavazo restaurant at the hotel was diverse but not really tasty. Just enough to get you go with the day.

Everything was excellent..just one point .. for hotel that in center of tourism in Bali, that many customers foreigner it will be nice in every breakfast can put some cheese plate, doesn't have to the expensive one can be the local one. I think it will not effect to the food cost, as I am also chef in hotel so I knew about it. But anyway it was affordable and we are satisfied. Thank you

Hey, it's my second trip to bali. This time I felt no welcoming from the hotel staffs. our kaka, n my dad just took whole luggage to the lobby n we only took it to the hotel room. There was just one staff all over the lobby n restaurant. Rooms were good, we enjoyed the balcony view and also there is connected door to side room. So we enjoyed with parents. Food services were also average. On our last day I asked for fried eggs, that to be asked twice. N waited for 20 minutes. No one answered n get what I asked for. We were getting late for the flight so I went back to the room. It's really pathetic experience. Sorry to say! I really didn't like service of your hotel. And I mean it. Still thanks for the good memories.
