Sun Palace Cancun Adults Only All inclusive

My husband and I took our anniversary trip here and it was phenomenal! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Some of our favorites were Eliseo and Eric at Sweet and Coffee and Karina at the Bar! The whole resort was very clean and felt very safe! We definitely plan on returning again soon!!!

This is my favorite resort I have ever stayed at in Mexico! We are returning guests because why risk going somewhere new when I know this place has everything we’re looking for and never disappoints. The views are amazing, the beach is by far the largest and nicest on the stretch of hotels nearby. The food is delicious, I highly recommend the Thai restaurant, it is super good and everyone’s favorite. They keep it this resort spotless and the staff is extremely hospitable and make for a great experience. Even though everything about this resort is amazing, what seals the deal for me and my husband is the entertainment staff. We LOVE them!! Alan and Pedro have been here for several years and we get so excited when we see them. They definitely live up to the title of entertainment staff, they are always making the pool vibes so fun! I highly recommend booking a stay here with your significant other, it will not disappoint.

The entertainment staff - Jonathan, Alexander, Pedro, Alan, Jesus & Monica made our stay so much fun! They played volleyball with us for a couple hours everyday and they all have great personalities. They are fun and outgoing and make sure to keep the party going! Super entertaining and fun, we loved them! I wish I could give them 10 stars! They felt like our best friends by the end!! Jesus and Adolfo at Aurora Dinner were awesome servers. They were extremely attentive, kind, and happy. Great service and personality. Definitely recommend going to Aurora for dinner and hopefully you will get lucky enough to have them as your servers.
