Fabulous 👌 Just had a week there with family, husband, daughter, son in law, 5 years old, and 7 month old grandsons. Absolutely loved it! Food was plentiful and tasty, rooms very clean and spacious. The Aqua park that is part of the hotel is an all-day entertainment area. If you don't fancy that, then there are other pools to use. Can't ever say you'd be bored during the day. There are pool games if you want to play, plenty of relaxing areas if you don't. Meals and snacks are just about all day. Drinks 24/7 soft and alcoholic. And they're not mean with portions! Evening entertainment was good, had better, but definitely had a lot worse. Evening bingo was a bit tight, 1 line winners were given t shirt, bottles of wine, and ONE voucher for a watersport ride. 2 line winners were given cash but never said how much. No full house. At 5 euro a ticket, I wouldn't bother. Just a 5-10 min walk to bars and restaurants that offer deals. If you fancy an excursion, go across the road to Sophia's. They offer the best prices, don't use sea front or your rep. The price difference can be as much at 30 euros. The rooms are spotless, only downfall is storage, no drawers for "bits" Comfortable beds changed daily. Daily clean towels. I'd definitely go back. 100%
worst hotel i've been to yet. so much i have to get through. first, food wasn't that bad but would come out raw and mushy, so check before you eat! i wouldn't expect a lot from an all-inclusive restaurant but you could cook the food properly so it wasn't raw. my partner got really bad food poisoning to the point he was throwing up blood and cutting his throat from the inside at 1 in the morning. i rushed to the desk to ask for the oncall doctor who never answered the phone, the staff at the desk didnt do anything and told us to to get a taxi that would take an hour to arrive at the hospital. his family booked and paid extra a year before they came for a family suite and got an ordinary room that they didn't pay for, ants all over the floor, in their beds, and the balcony door didnt lock or shut so it was always open. the reception told them to deal with it because their suites were full. but you shouldn't have let more people buy the suites if they were already full. they didnt get their money back and it took them 3 days (out of the 6 days we were there) to finally get their suites they paid for and when they got it, their rooms was dirty with towels that were damp and the floor had crums everywhere, bunkbed was swaying and wasnt stable to sleep on and their door didnt shut properly and would open throughout the day if they didnt lock it. hotel overall was quite dirty at times. when we arrived, there was vomit on the floor that hadn't been cleaned up until 25 minutes later while we were waiting to be checked in. there were rubbish and plastic cups all over the floor, in the grass, and in bushes with crisp packets (to be fair thats on the scruffy people staying there but those rubbish would be there for days). another was that staff gave up on removing the towels from sunbeds. people would keep their towels on the sunbed from 7 at night to 4 pm the next day while they were out in old town, so they had sunbeds when they came back. and a LOT of people did this to the point where there were no sunbeds anywhere, even at 8 in the morning, and staff did nothing about it. onto the good things! not a lot, but small things that made this sh t show a little better. staff can be wonderful and cheerful and would greet you if you walked by them. the exterior, like the gardening, was always freshly cut and well kept. they had sprinkles on during the night to stop the grass from drying out. the pools were cleaned every night. on the door before you go into the restaurant, they had 2 paper times that would tell you when their busiest times were so you could come at a later/earlier time when it wasn't busy. i thought that was quite nice the onsite shop had literally everything you need whether you forgot deodorant, shampoos, nail clippers, files, or lighters. just bits and bobs, which was nice to see.
Just spent a week here and worst all inclusive we have ever been to. The food is disgusting and sits in an inch of oily fatty liquid and the meat was still raw in the middle. One member of our family was violently ill with food poisoning on the second day, so after that we refused to go back to the restaurant and ate out for the rest of our holiday. Drinks very watered down and spirits have been mixed with something, so decided to provide our own drinks as well to be safe. Rooms in a very poor condition and our air con was very old and noisy and we could smell burning. Asked to change rooms and was given the option of another room that had cockroaches in it so decided to stay and keep the air con off at night in case it set fire while we were sleeping. Music around the pool was very loud and explicit and not appropriate if you have young children. The evening entertainment was so unbearable we had to stay out of the hotel until 11pm waiting for it to finish as there was no other areas or bars to sit for the evening. Pool was cloudy with plasters and dead skin floating around the bottom. One member of our family was thrown out of an inflatable ring going down one of the slides at the water park and had multiple cuts down one side. We have never heard so many other guests complaing about the food/drinks and accommodation. Someone even called the police because something had been stolen from their room. I can only assume any 5 star reviews are fake, this place honestly should be shut down before someone dies of food poisoning.
