Sun Palace

I spend a whole beautiful week there. The rooms are big and always clean, every day the staff was passing to clean and change the covers of the beds. The food is tasty, and there is a choice. All staff were incredibly kind, from the security till the reception - especially the red hair receptionist - she was 10/10 for hospitality.

Overall pretty good, kinda the same food everyday so you can get tired of it. Food is good so don’t get me wrong. But good service if they know English and really nice at the pool. The guys in the poolbar are really nice. Very good entertainment by funky monkey animation.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. First of all, the food was awful. They served the exact same dishes for an entire week without any variety. It became boring and frustrating very quickly. Secondly, the elevator was out of order for five whole days. We were staying on the 5th floor, which was still very inconvenient. The cleaning service was just as bad. All they did was mop the floor – nothing else. They didn’t provide shampoo or toilet paper, and we only received fresh towels three times during the whole week. On top of that, the staff was unprofessional. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I will definitely not be coming back.
