Hi guys, "I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sun Park Resort & Spa, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's modern design and luxurious amenities made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated with all the necessary amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. I was impressed with the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and hygiene. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Suitable for Families with Little toddler. We had a very disappointing stay at this hotel, especially as a family with a 2.5-year-old child. This property is not child-friendly, and the overall service — both in terms of food and room cleanliness — was far below expectations. Despite repeated requests for non-spicy food for our toddler, the kitchen continued to serve meals loaded with red chilies, making it completely unsuitable for a little child. Our concern for our child’s dietary needs was simply ignored. Housekeeping was also a major letdown. After requesting room and kettle cleaning, we found: • Wet towels left on the bed • No toilet paper in the washroom • No polythene bags in the dustbin • Used plates lying around • No clean mugs or glasses provided • Kettle left dirty, with used milk still inside and a strong foul odor Additionally, the management was uncooperative and outright refused basic child care support: • They denied sterilizing a baby bottle • Refused to pour milk into the baby bottle at the breakfast buffet (which we had paid for) • Declined to provide an extra utensil when we ordered dinner The overall attitude of the staff was careless and unhelpful. This is unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer hospitality to families. We’re sharing photos below showing the spicy food served to our child and the untidy condition of the room after cleaning was requested. We sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously.

Overall bad experience, From front office till rooms, everything is like not managed properly. First of all approach road is too narrow and full of waste water flowing on the road. Then rooms are not good with very less facilities. This is surely not a proper resort rather more of a 3 star property. Also, while checking out front office guys will actually force you to rate them positively on TripAdvisor. Not recommended at all, there are plenty of other better options nearby.
