🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Absolutely Outstanding – Honest Staff and Amazing Stay! I stayed one night at Sun Peak Grand Hotel last month, and I was honestly blown away by both the experience and the honesty of their team. The hotel itself was beautiful – clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful, scenic spot. The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a relaxing night. But what truly impressed me was what happened after I checked out. The next day, I realized I had forgotten something extremely valuable – my gold bracelet – in the room. I immediately called the hotel, hoping for the best. They were kind and responsive, and to my huge relief, they checked the room and found it! The staff went above and beyond by safely sending it back to me without any delay. That level of honesty and integrity is truly rare these days, and I can’t thank them enough. From start to finish, my experience with Sun Peak Hotel was nothing short of amazing. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly and professional. Special thanks to Felix, who handled a fire alarm situation calmly and efficiently. While everyone was understandably unsettled, Felix remained composed, guided guests with clear instructions, and reassured us throughout the incident. His professionalism truly stood out. The parking attendants and front desk staff were also very courteous and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel not only for its great location and facilities but especially for the outstanding team working here. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a great experience and time staying at Grand Hotel at Sun Peaks, rooms are big, clean, bed are comfy, pet friendly (dogs and cats), the pool is nice, just the AC was a bit loud. I think overall is great! I would stay here again. There were only one elevator running, one was in maintenance, but the other one wasn't working, during rush hour we waited 3 elevator to get the trolley down.
