Super nice condos just 10 min walk to the Lionshead Gondola for much less than a place right in the village. Great Value & excellent condo! Big heated pool, 2 hot tubs with a Sauna room. Already booked our next ski vacation here for next year!

Great location in the center of Vail on the opposite side of I-70 from the village. Nice and quiet except for the freeway. Easy access to Central Vail.

ONLY for this property: 645 N Frontage Road W, Unit 34C, Vail CO 81657 The pictures posted online did not accurately represent the current conditions of the condo. Windows were barely functional due to poor maintenance and wood rot. Labels were posted instructing guests not to use windows. Not the best setup for a summer trip in Colorado when the property does not have AC. Not to mention the windows that could open did not have screens on them allowing bugs and pest into the property. Bugs were found on a bed of the property. Housekeeping was not efficient causing a delay in getting access to the property. Dirty linens and open food containers from previous guests were left in the property. The management group is fully aware of the issues with the property and continues to rent it out without disclosing all details prior to booking. The management group then is difficult to work with and condescending in communications. I would avoid this particular unit at Sun Vail.
