This hotel offers great customer service—the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good, and the breakfast in the morning is a nice highlight. Quiet place for a good night sleep. The rooms are a bit old and could use some updating, but overall, it’s a comfortable stay.
Less than a 5-minute walk to the Bingu International Convention Center (BICC), where most major events in Lilongwe take place. The food is great, and the customer service is modest yet friendly. The rooms are clean, though they feel relatively dark, and the lack of opening windows makes the space a bit uncomfortable. That said, the fans work well and help with ventilation.
Major concern is that they do not have a proper fire detection system installed. They use Fire detection certified for domestic use and not EN54 certified. The hotel is beautiful, lovely garden, and luxurious old style rooms. The restaurant is very high end comparable to the area.
