Harder to check in!
Sucksss!!! Booked thru Agoda on 29th Dec but when wanted to check in at 0300 pm (earliest possible checking time set by Sunbow) on 31st Dec was told by PIC that booking was cancelled. PIC even mocked me, telling me whether i checked my email or not. After checking, yes e-mail about was there which was sent at 1100 am. I left my home (Raub, Pahang) at 0900 am and prior to that checked my e-mail and saw nothing amiss. I complained to Agoda and they replied quite fast (TQ) saying that it Sunbow that cancelled my booking citing "no show" at 1100 am!! much much earlier that set check-in time of 0300 pm. REALLY SUCK.
