Beautiful hotel and amazing hard working staff, I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be back, also a Great location. Food was delicious and great presentation a big thank U to the chefs and their assistants. All staff were so friendly and polite. This is a 5 star hotel with a 10 star service. Thank U all for a fantastic holiday.

Not beachfront but neighbouring properties must be annoyed as it is loud nightclub until 1am. Then you have drunks making noise in hallways. We stayed 7 night all inc. No issues with food or drink. Rooms were small we tried to get 2 adult 2 children but sofa could not be slept on it was too hard. Tip those who serve you well some workers are definately better than others. Reception a bit funny with me talking to me like i was stupid there are a lot of working class holiday makers staying mayve that was their view of English. Security is good. Lifts are small so expect to take the stairs a lot. Would say more adult based as limited things for children no activities the animation was for adults. The heated pool is not to UK standards of 29 degrees it felt same as outdoor pool around 18 degrees. It has hammam but expensive close to UK spa prices. Lack soundproofing as you can hear neighbours easily and even floor above clear conversations can be had. Overall is a 4 we paid around £28.10 per person per night with destination2

Been here last year aswell but never reviewed so thought give my review based on my experiences- the staff were helpful and polite. We received two rooms as there were 6 of us. My room included me, my daughter and baby, we were provided with a travel cot, room was clean and so was bathroom, only thing it was very small! We had our small suitcase literally on the small table because there was no room but aside from that fantastic. The cleaning staff were absolutely lovely and a gem for the hotel, food was perfect with attention to detail, clean and spacious. Pool was fab only downside is you either wait for hours for someone to leave to get a sunbed or you don’t get one as majority people were putting towels on sunbeds at 6am! There’s a spa which is extremely quiet but looked immaculate and the male in charge would walk around looking for newcomers to use their facilities which is an additional charge. The male made it clear that a male would be providing services of massages/turkish baths, facials etc for males and females would provide for females. Twice asked and given same answer. Unfortunately it was a front they let on perhaps to be considered professional? Or the fact that it’s supposed to be a 5* hotel. Anyways it was a massive let down as when going in for Turkish massage it was a woman doing men- very awkward! And reassured for Turkish bath would be a male for man, really wanted experience before we left as had couple days left and to my surprise yet again, it was a woman giving Turkish baths to the men. They are quite secretive about it so ladies if you or your partner want to experience the spa, please be aware. Really enjoyed the rest of the holiday the spa was such a let down.
