Amazing place. Great views. Super comfy bed and modern decor in the rooms. Huge bathroom. Recommend the lake view rooms. The refurbishment of the hotel has been done extremely tastefully. Great customer service also. Had a minor issue with door lock but it was easily resolved. Top marks to the team to resolve this. The management and staff of this complex are to be commended. Keep up the great work. Will be back.

The reception staff were very nice and helpful. I stayed there for two nights this year (and two nights last year as well). On my first night, I was shocked when an Uber driver knocked loudly on my door around 9 PM. I was very scared and immediately called the reception. They promptly sent someone to check the area and discovered that the driver had gone to the wrong hotel. They kept me updated throughout the situation. Their professionalism and kindness made a big difference. The restaurant is amazing too; the food is delicious, and the service is excellent!

Absolutely stunning Hotel and location, right on the lake and a very short walk into town. Service, room and all the staff were spot on and the BED !! I have never slept in a more comfortable bed ever, if I could have got the mattress in my suitcase I would have paid the hotel for it. Didn't eat in the restaurant as we already had plans but the comments I kept hearing as people were leaving certainly told me how impressed they were. Well done Suncourt Hotel
