First thing first, all rooms are quite similar there just have a bit different about the room size. I agree the room have some stinky smell and the room cleanliness is moderate as well so need to be improve but need to remember is the price you pay the better you get. The best thing is there have swimming pool for you if you refused to go the beach at the hot temperature. (you only can take the lift to the 8 floor then climb up by the staircase to the roof top) You can choose to pay for the breakfast once you arrived there, only 120 baht/pax. (I forgot to take a pictures for the breakfast please refer to others reviewers) The price is acceptable because the location. Walk away 3~8 mins you have many choices for restaurant and Cafe, overall price at 100~300 baht. Walk away 10~20 mins you able to get less than 100 baht. Therefore, walk 22mins there have one Big Night Market, various food you can choose based on your taste. (for me quite delicious at the cheaper price) From what I observed the building was about 15+ years so I prefer owner renovate the floor by floor to refresh the rooms and comfort the visitor. (my own opinion). Besides, the location is really convenient for those who want to walk 3 mins to the beach. Also the price is depend on when you book the rooms! The date you book near your living date is expensive then you book 2 week before. I recommend to whom want to get the cheapest price please book 2 weeks before you visit.

We from the Netherlands stayed at D@Seahotel during 10 nights. Reception staff. Friendlyness: 9 Service: 9 Room. Accomodation: 7 Cleaness: 6. Toilet should be cleaned more proper. Cleaness of bed and towels: 10 Breakfast. Value for money as a 2 star hotel. So average a good hotel :-)

The worst hotel I've ever been in. Breakfast is cold. Do not bother it's horrible. No napkins supplied in the room . Told to buy your own drinking water. Staff don't give a crap about your needs. Toilet and shower room is too small. You will stink the room out if you use it. A very bad experience if you book here. AVOID at all costs.
