The staff were friendly and very nice. The rooms were big and worth the price. Breakfast has a variety of choices. Downstairs, there is a nice place for a coffee! The hotel is just down the road from Kingdom Sky Bridge. Lots of places to eat close by.
The فندق ميلينيا العليا provided an excellent venue for our business meeting. The restaurant was the perfect choice, offering a calm and professional atmosphere. The food was exceptional, impressing all attendees with its quality and variety. Special mention goes to the restaurant manager, Mehmood, who was incredibly friendly and cooperative, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The ambience contributed to the success of the meeting, making it an ideal spot for corporate gatherings. Highly recommended for business and leisure alike!
I just had to share my experience at this awful hotel I stayed at recently. The service was absolutely terrible, probably the worst I've ever seen. I booked a room with breakfast included, and when I asked about my sohor (breakfast), the receptionist told me it was only available at 2:00. Like, seriously? Who eats breakfast at 2:00 in the afternoon?! On the first night, I had to call them FOUR times just to get someone to bring me my food. And when it finally arrived, there was no bread. So I called AGAIN for the bread, and the receptionist had the nerve to tell me they actually didn't have any. Are you kidding me?! I am beyond frustrated with this place and I will definitely never be coming back. Spread the word to avoid this disaster of a hotel at all
