My experience at the hotel this time was not as pleasant as it had been in the past. I found the condition of the rooms quite disappointing. We were first shown two rooms: one had a musty smell of dampness and moulding, while the other had a strong odour of smoke. With none of the windows in the hotel open, it was challenging for guests to get any fresh air. The only way to introduce fresh air into the room was through the air conditioning, which can be quite irritating at night. It's natural for everyone to want fresh air, and we often open the room door to let some in, just like the other guests at the hotel. Fortunately, the hotel staff was helpful and attentive. The gentlemen from housekeeping were delightful and accommodating. The concierge and door security staff were also very pleasant, kind, and attentive. The lounge area was relatively quiet during our stay, mostly occupied by individuals on short trips. Additionally, it lacked diversity in terms of international guests. On a positive note, the hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of various restaurants and easily accessible public transportation options.

The room was quite spacious, which I appreciated. However, I did experience some cleanliness issues, including concerns with the bed. I also had to contact room service multiple times for basic requests, which became inconvenient. That said, the staff were very polite and tried their best to assist whenever needed. The real highlight of my stay was the food — it was exceptional. The terrace restaurant, in particular, offered great service and a wonderful dining experience. The swimming pool was also enjoyable. Overall, while the hotel has potential, especially with its food and staff hospitality, it could benefit from improved cleanliness, more consistent room service, and better general maintenance. I'd consider returning for the restaurant, but hope to see improvements in the accommodation side.
