I had an excellent experience thanks to the wonderful service provided by Mr Minh. From the moment I arrived, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. He checked me in quickly, answered all my questions with a smile, and even gave great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It’s clear his genuinely care about guests and go above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. His kindness and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Truly top-notch service!

We stayed a few days during our road trip, for the price we paid, it was very good, room was clean and tidy, and we didn't hear any noises during the night

-1 🌟 very poor service. Do not book online. Walk inns get first priority. We booked 2 weeks in advance, the day off Lunar New Year and the day before my check-in date. I was contacted and lied to saying this is a fake booking, "Please cancel," they said, because they obviously made a mistake and the booking was already given to a walk-in in guest. They said they tried contacting me, but they gave me a made-up number. I do not entertain such unprofessional behavior. Im sure this is a lovely place. However, the reservation team is incompetent as they don't know what they are doing, and I'm sure there is broken communication between the Reservation staff and Front office staff and the hotel is very badly managed.
