Excellent stay at the Sunlake Waterfront. A very beautiful hotel with a wide range of services. Warm and typical welcome, with friendly and attentive staff. Great sense of hospitality, always responsive. Relaxation area, swimming pool, restaurant... Rich and varied breakfast, offering both local spicy to very spicy dishes as well as continental options. The hotel could use a little refresh, but this is more than made up for by the outstanding hospitality. Thank you for this wonderful stay

I feel very satisfied with the service provided by all the employees of this hotel, I feel helped by one of the staff named Andra, because he helped me to pay the Indomaret bill when I didn't have cash last night. 😆

I stayed for one night at this hotel during the weekend in the peak holiday season. While the hotel is a bit old and showing its age in some areas, the service really stood out. The staff were consistently polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast experience was quite busy, especially between 8–9 AM, which is understandable during peak season. The food itself was standard, nothing too fancy but decent enough to start the day. I want to give a special shoutout to Nadia, the greeter at breakfast. I witnessed a situation where a guest became upset after being reminded that hotel slippers are not allowed in the restaurant area due to safety concerns. Despite the tension, Nadia remained calm, professional, and handled the situation gracefully. She clearly takes her job seriously and represents the hotel very well. Most importantly, my son had a great time and was very happy during our stay — and that made the experience even more enjoyable for our family. Overall, a good stay thanks to the warm hospitality. A few upgrades to the property would be great, but the staff definitely make the difference.
