Sunlight Hotel Conference and Spa

Rooms are quite simple but the beds are comfortable. Had to ask in reception for thinner pillows which they had and then we slept really well. Breakfast is amazing and the variety will suit everyone. Nice friendly staff and our dinner option was healthy, tasty and filling.

Relaxing stay with culinary highlights We had an enjoyable stay at this spa hotel, especially appreciating the well-equipped spa area featuring saunas, jacuzzis, and ample relaxation spaces. The gym was spacious, and there's a nice swimming pool. Though, one weird mismatch was the "upbeat" pop music playing in the relaxation area—hard to relax with dance beats in the background! 😂 My room was small but nicely decorated and clean, with a comfortable bed. However, during a hot summer night, the lack of air conditioning/central cooling made it uncomfortably warm. The true standout was the restaurant: both dinner and breakfast were exceptional, especially the hamburger with caramelized onions. A top-tier experience on the culinary front.

This place is a con. It advertises itself as having go karting and a tennis court. It has neither. We travelled hours just to stay there and use the facilities. They don’t have a tennis court - there is a nearby paddle court which is permanently closed- and the go karting is owned by a third party off site!! I have written to them about this and complained with no response. False advertising - click bait!!
