We stayed from July 21 to 28. We liked everything. The food was delicious and varied. Drinks were also for every taste. Animation all day long. The downside was the unpleasant smell in the toilet, but in principle the room did not smell. The rooms were clean.
We stayed at the hotel from June 8, 2024 to June 16, 2024, 8 nights, 2 adults and 1 child, standard room with extra. place (RUB 52,096). Booked through ozone. Of the obvious "advantages" of the hotel. Clean and well-groomed area, the room we got was also generally clean. We lived in the main building on the 7th floor. All the staff are responsive and friendly. The dining room has plentiful, varied and tasty food. There are active animators on site, working from the morning until the end of the day. Board games and competitions are held (table tennis, billiards, PS). You can get to the beach either on your own (15-20 minutes slowly) or by organized transport from the hotel. The beach is well maintained and clean. We were unlucky with the sea, it was blooming, but the impressions were very positive. Now let's talk about the "cons" of the hotel. The split system in the room we got did not work. Or rather, it turned on and hummed, and even blew air, but did not lower it to the set temperature. Since the weather was not super hot, this was enough for us. The plumbing, fixtures and some areas of the room require repairs. The dining room is also not without its drawbacks. At the moment of opening and the mass arrival of people, cutlery (spoons, forks and plates) is quickly taken apart, so not everyone has enough. There are very few fruits and therefore there is a real hunt for them. As soon as the staff brings out a fresh batch, it is completely disassembled in a couple of minutes. Adults don’t even pay attention to children who are reaching out to get some tasty treats. A crush and crush is created. Very often, out of three machines that brew coffee, only one or two worked, and then only intermittently. Some people lack variety, but we were satisfied with everything, although some of the usual dishes were missing. Wine, which was available to everyone at lunch, was not available to some who wanted it, because our cunning citizens came with plastic bottles and took them with them, and this is with the all-inclusive system and the availability of wine in the summer cafe. By the way, there is also something to add about this very cafe. In addition to the various delicious things that it contained, unfortunately, there were also obvious disadvantages. Ice cream in the first days of our stay was like frozen ice, which was melted and frozen again several times. Then the system straightened out and ice cream became normal, but only with milk fat substitute. The cafe on the beach was either closed or offered an extremely poor choice. But at the very entrance to the beach there is a paid cafe with all the goodies.
Good afternoon, we stayed from August 6 to August 8, 2025. The impression of the hotel is not very good. At the reception they only explained how to get to the elevator to the room. And then we ourselves looked and asked passers-by where the dining room and swimming pools were. The animation is weak, in the hottest weather in the open air we played mafia. No canopy. August 7 is my birthday. The animators congratulate the birthday people on their birthday without knowing where they are. I accidentally passed by!!!! (I'm serious! Accidentally) and they congratulated me. And if I had not been there, there would have been no congratulations or cake. In other hotels, the hotel congratulates the birthday person with a cake or champagne IN THE ROOM, knowing for sure that the birthday person will receive a gift. But here it is somehow not serious. All day, on the 7th, some kind of station was working very noisily in the middle of the territory, it was difficult to communicate on the street, I had to go into the building. The pool is open until 20-30. In the summer, only after 20 and you can enjoy the coolness in the pool, but no, they made you go out. In the room they gave me one packet of shampoo and shower gel, so one packet was not enough for me to wash my hair. It does not foam at all. Dear director, change the shampoo supplier. The bed linen is held on by a kind word instead of white it is gray, not from dirt but from old age. Well, and the main "cherry on the cake" was, of course, the food!!! The buffet leaves much to be desired!!!! The cottage cheese casserole is disgusting. So the cottage cheese is practically not visible, one gray watery mass. The cake was served raw. As I understand it was shortcrust pastry and the entire bottom of the cake was with unbaked dough. The vareniki were also not fully cooked. The dough was raw and at the same time all the vareniki on the tray looked like one mass that stuck together. It's impossible to eat pancakes with boiled condensed milk. When I contacted the administrator about the casserole and the raw cake, they told me that "in fact, no one complains that this is a normal cottage cheese casserole (according to her, it was excellent) and agreeing that the dough in the cake was raw, they did not remove it from the table. She did not apologize and generally behaved inappropriately, having the rights of an administrator. The selection is very poor, the cheeses are not tasty, it is not convenient to scrape the butter off the diarrhea with a knife! There are manufacturers who pack butter in portions. 5 grams. On the 7th, the soda machine in the dining room did not work. In the morning, on the 8th, they did not wash the floors near the pool and puddles from juices and beer dried up and began to stick to shoes!!! I am attaching some photos. Oh yeah, and they did not remove the dirty glasses from the room from the day of check-in. We drank pomegranate juice upon arrival, as soon as we brought our things into the room, so these glasses stood with us from the 6th to the 8th!!!
